Health & Fitness Usage Expectations
Before using our Fitness Center or registering for our health & fitness programs, please review the usage expectations for our Fitness Center.

Orientation & Onboarding
Fitness Floor Orientation (FitStart appointments) are not required, but highly suggested to ensure you are getting the most out of our Fitness Center!
Orientation appointments are required in order to use any of our EGYM equipment.

Health & Fitness Programs
Personal Training – For Members & Nonmembers
One-on-one coaching designed just for you! Get personalized programming, assessments, and full attention to reach your goals faster.

Semi-Private Training – For Members & Nonmembers
With just two participants, you’ll get personalized coaching and the motivation of having someone alongside you.

Small Group Training – For Members Only
Build strength and friendships together. With 6-12 participants, you’ll train with a personal trainer and thrive as a team! Small Group Training starts January 1.

Group Exercise Classes – FREE For Members Only
We’re excited to offer a variety of group exercise classes, including yoga, cycling, Zumba, HIIT, and more, all included with your membership!

Senior Programs – FREE For Members Only
We’re proud to offer classes and other programs that keep our older community active, engaged and connected.

COMING SOON – Sports Programs
We will be offering adult basketball & pickleball leagues, open adult volleyball & volleyball light, and pickleball clinics in 2026! Stay tuned for more information.
