We’re thrilled to announce that our Small Group Training programs officially kick off in January 2026! To celebrate, we’re giving our members an exclusive sneak peek with FREE pop-up classes in December 2025. See the schedule below.

Build strength and friendships together! With 6-10 participants, you’ll train with a personal trainer and thrive as a team!
What is Small Group Training?
- 6–10 participants per group – small enough for personalized coaching, big enough for team energy
- 8-week progressive programs designed to take participants on a 2-month fitness journey
- 2–3 sessions per week at set program times (example: M/W/F at 6:30 a.m.)
- Led by 1–2 expert trainers who collaborate to design a cohesive workout plan
- Unite as a team to strengthen your health and fitness, challenge both body and mind, and grow together through every step

While registration is not mandatory, it is the only way to guarantee your spot. Classes are capped at 10 attendees. We welcome drop-ins as space permits, but once the 10-person limit is met, we are unable to accept additional participants.

Elevate 2026 – Adult Small Group Training
$250 for 8 weeks (January 5 – February 28)
Elevate 2026 is an 8-week journey to elevate your fitness, mindset, and performance into the new year. Kickstart your fitness journey with our Small Group Training Program — the perfect blend of expert coaching, community support, and fun workouts designed to help you reach your goals and feel your best.

Youth Elite Training – Small Group Training for Ages 11+
$200 for 8 weeks (January 5 – February 27)
Youth Elite Training is designed to build strength, confidence, and skills that prepare youth for the demands of their sport— all in a fun, motivating environment that meets them right where they are, whether they’re already competing or just starting out.

Strength Foundations for Moms – Pre/Postnatal Small Group Training
$300 for 9 weeks (January 19 – March 21)
Strength Foundations for Moms helps you feel strong, supported, and confident at every stage of motherhood. With expert guidance and a welcoming community, you’ll learn techniques to prepare your body and mind for pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery—while easing aches, pains, and stress. Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into motherhood, the program offers support tailored to meet you where you are.
