A self-led, low-impact fitness activity that utilizes the water’s natural buoyancy and resistance for a gentle workout. Water walking helps you safely improve cardiovascular health, strength, and balance without the stress of land-based exercise. You can walk, jog, or use small equipment at your own pace or with a group. This class takes place in the leisure pool.
Unstructured swim time for all ages (with lifeguards on duty). Participants can swim, play, or relax in the pool. No organized lessons or activities are scheduled.

Pool is closed for cleaning.
Designated time for continuous lap swimming. Four lanes available; lane sharing may be required.
Three lanes will be reserved for swim lessons.
Lap swimming will not be available when the Ninja Cross is in use.
1 lane will be reserved for Water Fit, a fitness program that combines short, intense bursts of exercise with recovery periods, all performed in a water-based environment. It is particularly beneficial for those with joint pain, injuries, or limitations, as the water reduces stress on the body while still providing a rigorous workout.
When the AquaClimb rock wall is in use, lap swimming will be limited to 3 lanes.
1 lane will be reserved for Aqua Zumba, which combines the fun and energy of Zumba with the benefits of water aerobics. Classes typically include: dance moves, water resistance exercises, and choreography that is adapted to the pool environment.
