Brandon helps clients improve health, build strength, and gain confidence through movement and customized fitness programs. Believing that movement is medicine, he is passionate about helping people of all fitness levels stay active, reach their goals, and feel their best every day.

Byron
Byron is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Byron specializes in sports perfomrance, injury prevention and mobility, weight loss, and muscle building. He works with clients of all ages – from young athletes to adults in their 80s – using personalized, evidence-based training to improve movement, build strength, and create lasting results for an active lifestyle

Dominick is a friendly, approachable trainer who helps people of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, and healthier habits. Certified in Personal Traiing and Nutrition and a 1st Degree Black Belt, he creates fun, supportive programs that make fitness welcoming, achievable, and enjoyable

As a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Jenny is passionate about helping people reach their health goals without unnecessary stress or confusion. Her mission is to simplify fitness and nutrition so you can feel stronger, more confident, and truly enjoy the process of becoming your healthiest self.

Jere’
Jere’ has been guiding clients and leading group fitness classes since the early 2000s, and as a personal trainer since 2018. She specializes in core strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio, creating fun, effective workouts for all fitness levels. With experience in HIIT, PiYo, and Silver Sneakers, Jere’ helps clients stay active, strong, and confident while enjoying their fitness journey.

Jodie
Jodie has over 25 years of experience helping clients move and feel their best. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Ball State University and certifications from ACE, NASM (Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise Specialist), and TRX. Jodie specializes in working with clients managing injuries or pain, navigating pre/post-surgical rehab, and improving strength training technique and body mechanics. Her favorite exercise is the lunge for its full-body benefits, and she loves using the TRX for its adaptability to any fitness level.

Jolynn
JoLynn is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for making fitness empowering, approachable, and fun. With multiple specialties—including behavior change, performance enhancement, and weight loss—she helps clients build strength, confidence, and balance through real-life, sustainable routines. Known for her humor and heart, JoLynn turns every session into a mix of hard work, laughter, and lasting results.

Julie
Julie helps newcomers and those overcoming physical challenges move more efficiently, build strength, and improve overall vitality. Certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Run Coach, Diabetes Prevention Facilitator, and Cancer Exercise Specialist, she creates safe, effective programs that enhance flexibility, cardiovascular health, and strength, empowering every client to feel strong, confident, and energized.

Justine
With seven years of experience as an athletic trainer, Justine specializes in injury prevention, functional movement, and strength development. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, she helps clients of all levels—from athletes to beginners—build a solid foundation for performance and everyday life. Her coaching focuses on purposeful movement, strength, and long-term wellness.

Kaity
With over 13 years in the fitness industry and a background in Social Work, Kaity is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and empowered through movement. She holds certifications in Pilates, TRX, personal training, barre, yoga, pre/postnatal fitness, and sports nutrition, and currently leads and coaches teams across 11 Orangetheory Fitness studios. Kaity’s approach blends expertise, empathy, and motivation to help every client reach their full potential.

Matt
Matt is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach with advanced certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute and as a Spartan SGX Coach. With his master’s degree, he specializes in strength and conditioning, athletic performance, behavior change, golf-specific fitness, obstacle course training, and small group fitness—helping clients perform their best in and out of the gym.

Sadie
Sadie Hines is a personal trainer with over eight years of experience helping clients build strength, recover from injuries, and feel their best. She specializes in women’s health through every stage of life—from young adulthood to menopause—creating personalized, sustainable workouts that make fitness both effective and enjoyable.

Stacie
With over 27 years in the fitness industry, Stacie specializes in helping clients recover from injuries, rebuild strength after joint replacements, and improve balance and mobility. Combining her expertise in personal training, yoga therapy, and Pilates, she uses mindful, intentional movement to help each client regain confidence, strength, and flexibility—so they can feel their absolute best, both physically and mentally.

Stephanie
Stephanie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and ACSM Exercise Physiologist with a degree in Exercise Science and nearly 20 years of experience. She specializes in strength training, weight management, and injury prevention, helping her clients feel strong, confident, and energized through personalized, goal-focused programs.

Trevor
Trevor is a former collegiate baseball player with a degree in Kinesiology and ACE certification. A two-time Arnold Classic Champion and Midwest powerlifting record holder, he’s currently training for a three-peat. He’s also a Dri-Tri winner, Men’s Physique competitor, and seasoned strength and conditioning specialist. In 2026, Trevor will be inducted into the Indiana Sports Hall of Fame.

Vincent
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach with over 25 years of experience, Vincent helps clients achieve lasting results through simple, sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies. Specializing in TRX, flexibility, and mobility training, Vincent focuses on helping adults 55+ stay strong, active, and confident—while making fitness approachable, effective, and adaptable for every stage of life.

Stephanie
Stephanie is a certified personal trainer specializing in women’s strength, core, and pelvic health. She works with women through pregnancy, postpartum, and midlife transitions to build real-world strength, resilience, and confidence. Her approach is supportive, judgment-free, and thoughtfully programmed. Expect evidence based training, encouragement, and a healthy dose of humor, all in the service of helping your body support your life.

Baylee
With a background in training clients of all ages, Baylee believes true fitness starts from the inside out and should never feel intimidating. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a focus on sports, giving her a strong foundation in the connection between physical performance and mental resilience. Baylee is currently pursuing her Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology on the path to becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). Her goal is to help you build a body as strong as your mindset and make your fitness journey genuinely rewarding.
