Located on the first floor of our facility, the Community Room and Program Rooms offer flexible, welcoming spaces to accommodate a wide range of needs.

Meeting rooms can be reserved by local nonprofits, community groups, and Fishers-based businesses.

Qualifying groups may reserve meeting rooms at no cost and without a deposit, and may book up to four times per calendar year.

Our meeting rooms are available to reserve on weekdays. The Community Room is available to reserve from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
The Program Rooms will be unavailable to reserve on weekends at this time. City of Fishers recognized holidays will affect meeting room availability.

Our Program Rooms feature movable walls, allowing the space to be configured as one large room or divided into three smaller rooms. When submitting your reservation, you’ll be able to select the layout that best fits your needs.

Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance and must be made at least 7 days prior to your meeting date. PLEASE NOTE: TIMES SHOWN IN THE CALENDAR ARE EXISTING RESERVATIONS, NOT AVAILABLE TIMES.
