While the large indoor playground, indoor walking track, various community gathering spaces, and Sahm’s Community Cafe will be available to everyone, upgrade your experience with a paid monthly membership to unlock exclusive access to a variety of additional amenities, including:
- Three full-size sports courts for basketball, volleyball, or pickleball.
- A warm-water, zero-depth-entry pool, complete with splash features and a two-story water slide.
- A four-lane, cool-water lap pool for swimming, water walking, aqua aerobics classes, and more. Complete with a 12′ rock-climbing wall and NinjaCROSS challenge system with beginner and advanced lanes.
- An on-deck sauna to enjoy the many health benefits of dry heat.
- A large fitness center featuring a variety of state-of-the-art cardio, strength, and functional fitness equipment.
- Over 90 classes each week, held in two group exercise studios and a spacious cycle studio.
- Up to two hours of FREE childcare every day for all family memberships! With separate spaces for kids ages 6 weeks to 12 years, plenty of fun, age-appropriate games and activities await your little ones.
- Note: Dog Park memberships are separate and will be announced later this year.

Memberships are on sale now! If you sign up early—between February 2025, and opening day in November 2025—you’ll become a Charter Member. Monthly payments won’t start until the facility officially opens.

Memberships & Monthly Rates
When you sign up for a Charter Membership, you’ll pay a one-time joining fee at registration. No other payments are due until the facility officially opens in November 2025, when recurring monthly membership payments will begin.

*All members of a household membership must reside at the same address. Proof of residency required for all members age 19+.

*10% discount for active duty military, veterans, and teachers is available.

*Insurance-based memberships may be available when the facility opens in November (i.e. Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, etc.).
