Fishers Community Center Indoor Playground, Strengthened by Riley Children’s Health – Membership or Free Community Pass Required for Use
Our 5,000 sq. ft. indoor playground is located on the first floor of our facility, featuring an interactive play space for kids and families, low-climbing play features, a toddler play zone within the playground area, and a two-story play structure with tunnel slides.
- Age Policy
- For ages 12 and under with direct adult supervision
- Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 9 AM–2 PM | 4–8 PM (closed 2–4 PM for cleaning)
- Sat: 9 AM–2 PM | 3–6 PM (closed 2–3 PM for cleaning)
- Sun: 12–5 PM
- First Friday of Every Month: Closed until 4:00 p.m. for monthly safety inspection
- Flexible Access
- Reservations are not required to enjoy the playground. Guests are welcome to walk in during open hours, as space allows.
- Prefer to plan ahead? Reservations are available 48 hours in advance to guarantee your spot. Reservations are one hour in length, with start times every 30 minutes, and are limited to one per person, per day.
- Check-In Process
- Check in directly at the playground desk, where our team will be available to assist you. All adults and children must have either a membership or a free Community Pass to check in to the Indoor Playground.
- What to Expect When You Visit
- Entry is based on real-time capacity.
- You can check availability in the app before arriving.
- Capacity will be displayed at the top of the homepage, directly below the open/closed status of the playground
- The capacity indicator will reflect real-time usage and will closely mirror the actual occupancy, not just reserved spots
- During busy times, short wait times may occur for walk-ins
- Reservations guarantee entry when you arrive on time
- Guidelines
- Parents/guardians must stay with their children inside the playground at all times
- No shoes on children; socks are required
- Main play structure is for children ages 5-12 only
- No food allowed in the the playground
- Drinks are permitted in sealed containers only
- No strollers in the playground
- Stroller parking is available
- To ensure that we can accommodate all our members and guests, we do not accept groups and birthday parties

Community Pass
If you’re not a member, you will need to sign up for a FREE Community Pass in order to access the Indoor Playground. The Community Pass helps keep visits safe, convenient, and enjoyable for all.
To add family to your Community Pass after your account is created, visit the Welcome Desk 8 A.M. – 7 P.M. M-F, 8 A.M. – 4 P.M. Sat, and 12 P.M. – 4 P.M. Sunday
Registration takes less than 5 minutes, and your pass is good for one year.
Once you’re a Community Pass holder, download our App!
Search “Fishers Community Center” in the Apple Store or Google Play Store and download the app.
Once downloaded, log in to the app using your Fishers Community Center account email.
You will receive a confirmation code via email from FamilyWorks.

Find Your Community Pass Card to Access the Indoor Playground
Once you are logged into the app, tap the barcode icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
When your barcode appears, scan it at the Indoor Playground desk. Each family member has a barcode in the app.
Reservations to access the Indoor Playground are optional. Instructions on how to make reservations are detailed below.
