Water walking helps you safely improve cardiovascular health, strength, and balance without the stress of land-based exercise. You can walk, jog, or use small equipment at your own pace or with a group. This class takes place in the leisure pool.
A self-paced, low-impact exercise opportunity on our comfortable indoor track. This is a casual, self-led program where you can walk at your own speed and distance, making it perfect for all fitness levels. It’s an ideal way to improve cardiovascular health and endurance while enjoying a safe, temperature-controlled environment away from outdoor weather. Group walks are encouraged.
A dynamic, instructor-led workout that alternates between standing low-impact aerobic activity and upper-body strength exercises. You will use hand-held weights, resistance tubing, and a ball to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance and overall power. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and stability drills, making the class adaptable for nearly all fitness levels.

Click the Filters button and select your desired class type, location, and/or instructor, using the dropdown options

Select your desired day

Click on your desired time

Step 5
Select “Register” next to your name and all familiy members who are participating (if applicable

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after registering
