Insurance-Based Memberships

Available starting February 9, 2026

Many health insurance plans, Medicare supplemental plans, and employer-sponsored plans include wellness benefits that cover the cost of fitness memberships. The Fishers Community Center, Strengthened by IU Health, accepts the following plans:

• Active&Fit Enterprise
• SiverSneakers
• Renew Active
• Silver&Fit
• Prime

We recommend contacting your insurance provider or employer in advance to confirm your eligibility. If your plan participates, you can receive an insurance-funded individual Adult Membership with full access to member benefits.

Membership fees are processed directly through the member’s insurance, and no monthly or join fees are paid directly to the Fishers Community Center by the member.

How to Register:

Insurance-Based Membership sign-ups and transfers must be completed in person and may be done at any time during business hours.

Bring the following items to sign up:

• Photo ID
• Insurance card (if applicable)
• Program code (preferred)

For additional support with registration, visit us during our special sign-up hours, Monday, February 9, through Friday, February 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Community Room and Program Room 1. Prospective members can enter through Door 2 on the east end of the building.
