When you sign up for a Charter Membership, you’ll pay a one-time joining fee at registration. No other payments are due until the facility officially opens in November 2025, when recurring monthly membership payments will begin. Corporate Membership packages will be available later in 2025. Insurance-based memberships may be available when the facility opens.

Dog Park Memberships

Separate memberships for our dog park will be available for presale starting May 2025. Charter Members will have first access to memberships starting at 9 AM on May 1st, followed by the general public at 9 AM on May 2nd.

This brand-new off-leash park will offer a safe and fun space for your furry friend to run and play. The nearly 2-acre park will include a dedicated area for small dogs (under 35 lbs) only. Memberships are limited to 300 dogs, so be sure to secure your spot early!

When does the dog park open?

The Fishers Community Center Dog Park opens the same day as the facility in November 2025.

How big is the park?

The park spans nearly 2 acres, with a dedicated section for small dogs (under 35 lbs) only.

How many memberships are available?

Memberships are limited to 300 dogs, so early enrollment is encouraged.

What is the cost of membership?

The fee is $72 for 6 months, with a limit of 3 dogs per family.

When can I enroll?

– Priority Enrollment (Charter Members only): May 1, 2025
– Open Enrollment (General Public): May 2, 2025

What vaccinations are required?

Dogs must have up-to-date Rabies, Bordetella, Parvo, and Distemper vaccinations. Proof must be uploaded during the application process.

Is DNA testing required?

Yes. All dogs must complete a PooPrints DNA test ($60 per test) to help enforce the park’s clean-up policy.

Who can enter the dog park?

Humans aged 13 and up are welcome. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

How do I sign up?

1. Refer back to this page in May and complete the membership application once live (enroll only one adult family member).
2. Submit vaccination records (you will receive an email to upload proof).
3. Complete DNA registration (you will receive an email with a link to schedule a swab appointment).
4. Finalize membership (once swabbed, the $72 membership fee will be charged).

What is the clean-up policy?

Owners must pick up after their dogs. If waste is left behind and identified through DNA testing, a $135 fine will be issued.

Will there be future enrollment opportunities?

Yes. Dog park memberships open twice a year, in the spring and fall. The next enrollment period begins in March 2026. There will be a waitlist available to join.

What are the dog park’s hours of operations?

5am-9pm 7 days a week. Closed periodically for maintenance.

What is the weather policy?

Open rain or shine. Use at your own risk.

Will there be staffing at the dog park?

The dog park will be monitored periodically by staff for maintenance, spot checks, and membership verification.

Are dogs allowed in the Community Center?

No. Dogs are only allowed outside and in the designated dog park areas.

Will there be water stations?

Yes, there will be a water station in each dog area for both humans and dogs.

Will there be shaded areas and seating for owners?

Yes, there will be some seating options available for owners. Limited tree shade will be available.
