Getting Started

Download or Update the App

The updated Fishers Community Center app launches September 8, 2026.

If you already have the FCC app and have automatic updates enabled on your phone, the app should update automatically. Otherwise, you will be prompted to update the next time you open it.

Logging In

Enter the communication email address associated with your FCC account in Amilia. You will receive a confirmation code from Familyworks at that email address to complete your login.

Everything in One Schedule

Finding What’s happening at FCC is easier than ever.

The Schedule tab brings together classes, programs, events, and reservations in one convenient place. Browse what’s happening at FCC, find the offerings that interest you, and reserve your spot or register when applicable.

Your Membership Barcode

Access your membership barcode directly from the app for quick and easy check-in at FCC.

You can also add your membership barcode to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, making it even easier to pull up your barcode without opening the FCC app.

Intro Sessions

Ready to get started in the Fitness Center? You can schedule orientation appointments directly through the FCC app.

Available appointments include:
– Adult FitStart: A free Fitness Center orientation led by an FCC Fitness Coach.
– EGYM Onboarding: Get set up and ready to use FCC’s EGYM equipment.
– Tween FitStart: Fitness Center orientation for eligible tween members.

From the Home tab, find “Intro Sessions” under “Browse Schedules” to view available appointments.

Stay Connected with Your Inbox

Choose the FCC updates that are most relevant to you.

Communication Channels allow you to opt into updates about specific programs, amenities and services. This helps you receive information that’s relevant to the ways you use FCC. Visit “Discover” within the Inbox tab to see available channels and choose the ones you’d like to follow.

We recommend keeping the Facility Updates channel enabled for important information that may affect your overall FCC experience.

Visit the My Journey tab to participate iin challenges and quests designed to help you explore the facility, try something new and get more out of your membership.

App FAQ’s

What email address should I use to log in?

Use the communication email address associated with your FCC account in Amilia. After entering your email address, Familyworks will send a confirmation code to that address to complete your login.

If you’re unsure which email address is listed on your account, visit the FCC Welcome Desk or contact us at 317-595-3123.

I didn’t receive my confirmation code. What should I do?

First, confirm that you entered the communication email address associated with your FCC account and check your spam or junk folder for an email from Familyworks.
If you still don’t receive a code, contact us or stop by the Welcome Desk for assistance.

Where can I find my membership barcode?

Your membership barcode is available within the FCC app. You can display it at check-in or add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easier access.

Can I access my family’s membership barcodes?

Yes. You can access your family member’s barcodes by clicking the barcode icon in the top right corner and swiping through the barcodes for each person.

How do I find a class, program or event?

Use the Schedule tab to browse classes, programs, events and other FCC offerings. Select an offering to view more information and reserve or register when applicable.

How do I make a reservation?

Find the offering you want within the Schedule and follow the prompts to reserve your spot. Reservation requirements vary depending on the class, program or facility area.

How do I register for an FCC program?

Find the program you’re interested in through the app and select it to view additional information. When registration is required, follow the prompts to complete your registration.

How do I schedule a FitStart or EGYM appointment?

From the Home tab, scroll to “Browse Schedules” and select “Intro Sessions.” Choose Adult FitStart, EGYM Onboarding or Tween FitStart, then select an available date and time and follow the prompts to complete your booking.

What are Communication Channels?

Communication Channels allow you to choose which types of FCC updates you’d like to receive. Visit Discover within the Inbox tab to view available channels and manage your preferences.

What is My Journey?

My Journey is where you can join challenges and quests, earn points, reach new levels and discover new ways to experience FCC.

What are Playbooks?

Playbooks are helpful guides within the app designed to introduce you to FCC programs, services and amenities and help you make the most of your FCC experience.

Can I add a new person to my membership through the app?

No. Changes to your membership or household are managed separately through Amilia and FCC Membership Services
