Small Group Training
What is Small Group Training?
- 6–10 participants per group – small enough for personalized coaching, big enough for team energy
- 8-week progressive programs designed to take participants on a 2-month fitness journey
- 2–3 sessions per week at set program times (example: M/W/F at 6:30 a.m.)
- Led by 1–2 expert trainers who collaborate to design a cohesive workout plan
- Unite as a team to strengthen your health and fitness, challenge both body and mind, and grow together through every step

Strength & Mobility – Adult Small Group Training
$300 for nonmembers | $210 for members

This 8-week program is designed to help you build functional strength while improving mobility, stability, and overall movement quality. Each week progresses with purpose, allowing you to safely increase strength and move with more confidence. Led by our team of personal trainers, every session blends strength work with mobility training to supposrt all fitness levels and help you feel stronger, more capable, and better in your body.

Youth Elite Training – Small Group Training for Ages 11+
$300 for nonmembers | $210 for members

Youth Elite Training is designed to build strength, confidence, and skills that prepare youth for the demands of their sport— all in a fun, motivating environment that meets them right where they are, whether they’re already competing or just starting out.

Women With Weights – Small Group Training for Women
$300 for nonmembers | $210 for members
Women with Weights helps you feel strong, supported, and confident at every stage of womanhood. With expert guidance and a welcoming community, you’ll learn techniques to maximize the benefits that strength training offers.
