Construction Updates

Exterior Progress

All exterior finishes will be completed in April in preparation for sidewalks, final grading, and pavement installation.

Metal paneling, caulking, and exterior painting will be completed in April.

Aluminum window frames will be finished early April, with glass installation continuing throughout the month.

Roof coping installation will be finalized.

Masonry work is complete, and all masonry will be washed in early April.

Interior Progress

Painting is underway, with final touch-ups and coats scheduled to be completed in May.
Flooring installation is complete in the childcare, healthcare, and community center management areas.
Casework installation has begun in key areas: childcare, health department, and management offices.

Pool & Recreation Updates

Lap Pool and Leisure Pool are currently undergoing water testing, and finishes will begin soon.

Mechanical systems for the pools are being built and connected.

All gym equipment is installed; final electrical connections are in progress.

The playground contractor will begin constructing the two-story playground structure.
