The City of Fishers is transitioning email address domains from @fishers.in.us to @fishersin.gov over the next several months. Correspondence received from either domain should be considered legitimate and valid. No interruption in communication is expected.

August Construction Updates

Roadwork & Roundabout

  • The roundabout at Hoosier Road and 121st Street is now open!
  • Daily lane closures will continue between 9 AM – 2 PM until the roundabout is fully completed in mid-September.

Landscaping & Outdoor Areas

  • Topsoil placement is expected to be completed by mid-August.
  • Landscaping will be substantially finished by mid-August.
  • Grass areas are being prepped for seeding, which will begin in the coming weeks.
  • Fencing installation is underway for the dog park.
  • Turf installation is in progress for the backyard childcare play area.

Parking Lot

  • Paving is complete.
  • Striping and sign installation will take place this month.

Building Interior

  • Most interior work will be finished by mid-August.
  • Fitness equipment and furniture deliveries will follow shortly after.

Aquatics Center

  • Both indoor pools and the water slide are fully operational.
  • The Ninja Cross course will be installed over the pool at the end of August.

Sports Courts

  • Flooring has been lined and sealed.
  • Wall pad installation is scheduled for this month.
