Exterior Site Work

Hoosier Road Closure: Scheduled after Hoosier Road Elementary’s school year concludes on May 28.
Grading and Landscaping:
- Final grading around the building to be completed.
- Installation of beams along the east property line.
- Planting of trees and other plants, followed by the installation of irrigation mains and branch lines.
- Spreading of grass seed across landscaped areas.
Sidewalks and Curbs: Installation of remaining curbs and sidewalks around the building.
Roundabout Construction: Continued development at the intersection of Hoosier Road and 121st Street.

Coping Installation: Ongoing installation of coping around the top of the building.
Exterior Finishes: Completion of all exterior finishes, including metal paneling, caulking, and painting, in preparation for pavement installation

Painting: Final touch-ups and coats scheduled for completion in May.
Flooring:
- Completion of flooring on the second floor, including the running track, fitness flooring, and LVT flooring.
- Hardwood gym floor installation to begin in May, with completion expected in June.
Casework: Completion of casework throughout the entire building.
Final Painting: To be completed after casework installation.

Lap Pool and Leisure Pool have undergone water testing; tile work to commence in May.

HVAC Systems: Bringing heating and cooling systems online in preparation for testing and balancing at the end of May and beginning of June.
Lighting: Permanent lighting activated in the health department, childcare, gym, and running track areas.
Elevator Installation: To be completed in May, following delays experienced in April.
